The visio have complete flexibility of getting productive quickly using standard templates. At the same time, the generalized drawing tools help to make customizing the diagrams to the unique and specific as needs.

The interface is quite intuitive. Templates makes the productive very quickly and that are able to create professional documents without the help of draughtsman or Computer aided design(CAD) personnel. The software package itself costs much less than what a CAD tool for each specific category would cost.

There is no need for special conversion to integrate the documents into the business communications or documentation. Importing diagrams from specialized packages may call for conversion work additionally

   From i learn the visio, the conclusion i have to make that is how to make an understand of a visio. That is,the visio is a very simple learning but must to learning first want to make understand.
